When is the 241 promotional voucher valid?

Voucher/s may be used on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights subject to availability. This voucher is sold on a limited room allocation basis per night. Monday's and Thursday's are most popular and will sell out quickly. School half terms are popular and will sell out fast. Block out dates: Monday 13th April 2020 / Monday 25th May 2020.

How long is the 2 for 1 promotional voucher valid for? 

The promotional voucher/s are valid from 01.01.2020 expiry date 30.06.2020 you must book and visit before the expiry date of the promotional voucher/s

How many 2 for 1 promotional vouchers can I buy? 

Purchases are limited to 3 vouchers per person (6 people)

Please note, we do not accept groups larger than 6 people 

How do I pay for 2 for 1 promotional voucher/s?

 By credit or debit card only we require full payment upon purchase which is non-refundable and non-transferable 

Is there a postage fee?

 Yes, there is a £1.75 1st class postage fee no other postage/delivery methods are available for the 2 for 1 promotional voucher 

Can I use a gift voucher to purchase this promotional voucher?

 No, vouchers cannot be used towards purchasing vouchers payment must be made by credit or debit card only 

When will i receive my 2 for 1 promotional voucher/s?

 Vouchers will be sent out via royal mail 1st class post on Monday 11th November 

What should I do if I don’t receive my 2 for 1 promotional voucher/s?

 If you do not receive your voucher by Friday 15th November please ensure you make contact to advise either by phone or email, the original voucher/s will be void and reissued after this date no vouchers will be reissued. No extension of the voucher will be honoured for this or any other reason 

How do I book a reservation for my 2 for 1 promotional voucher/s?

 Vouchers can be booked from Tuesday 12th November once you have received your voucher and can provide the 5 digit voucher number displayed on the front of the voucher. We advise all guests to book early to avoid disappointment, please ensure you are flexible with your dates, due to popular demand you might not get your preferred dates, - no refunds will be given on the basis of us not having your chosen date. How many people can I book for with 2 for 1 promotional vouchers? 

Bookings are limited to a maximum 6 guests (3 vouchers) & must be booked under the same reservation. Any guests booking separately under different reservations & joining onsite will be charged in full at the current rate minus the cost of the 2 for 1 voucher/s. 

What time can I arrive? 

Arrival time is 10.30am – 11.30am apartment check in is from 2pm 

What time is check out and departure? 

Check out and departure of the spa and apartment is 10am 

Can i use the facilities on day of departure?

 The swimming pool and gymnasium are open from 7am the heat and ice experience opens at 8am the outdoor hot tub opens at 9am you are able to use these facilities up until your departure at 10am should you wish to extend your stay guests are able to upgrade for an additional cost of £45pp to include access to the spa facilities until 2pm including a 1 course light lunch – please note, apartment check out is 10am. 

What do I need to bring? 

2 for 1 promotion voucher/s – failure to present 2 for 1 promotion voucher/s on arrival will result in the full price of the simply spa being charged, minus the cost of the 2 for 1 voucher swimwear is compulsory at all times during the spa experience gymwear and suitable running trainers should you wish to use the gym 

Is there a dress code? 

During the day – swimwear and robes gym - gymwear and suitable running trainers should you wish to use the gym lunch – robes dinner – smart casual (no robes) bar – smart casual (no robes) 

What meals are included in the promotional package?

 1 course light lunch in the spa bistro 2 course evening meal in the spa bistro continental breakfast in the apartment

 meal times for this promotional offer are as follows: 1 course light lunch - 12/12.30pm 2 course evening meal - 6.30/7pm please note: these times are non changeable before arrival or whilst on site the only exception to this is guests booking any 55 minute treatment or longer, then lunch and evening meal will be flexible to accommodate treatment times please note, room service is not available 

What extras will I need to pay for?

 All drinks, side orders and extra courses will be charged in full brunch is available for an additional cost from 9am - 11am in the spa bistro additional treatments added on arrival, subject to availability retail purchases from our spa boutique 

Can i buy 2 promotional vouchers to book a 2 night stay?

 2 for 1 voucher/s cannot be used on consecutive nights to make a 2 night stay 

Can I add a second night’s stay?

 All additional nights are charged at £99 per person to include 1 course light lunch, 2 course evening meal and continental breakfast in the apartment alternatively choose from one of our signature overnight break packages 

Can I add an extra guest to my booking?

 2 for 1 promotional voucher/s are based on 2 people sharing extra guest/s can be added subject to availability extra guest/s will be charged at full price 

How do I book treatments?

 We advise that you book all additional treatments at the time of booking to avoid disappointment to add treatments to your booking please contact the reservations team on 01484 843544 (option 1) we require full payment for treatments at the time of booking which is non refundable please note: no discount is applicable to treatments when added to this offer 

What if I need to cancel my booking?

 Once a date is booked, no date changes can be made for any reason, if you cannot make your chosen date your booking will be lost and the voucher will be null and void. We recommend you have the relevant travel insurance to cover bereavement, medical appointment, medical conditions and illness to cover all guests on the booking. If any guest/s do not attend on the day the value in price/goods/service of any guests who do not attend, will not be refunded or transferred to other party members 

Can my voucher be extended?

 2 for 1 promotional voucher/s will not be extended for any reason
