Treatment Terms and Conditions

All of our spa treatments can be purchased as a Titanic Spa gift voucher. 

You are requested to wait for your treatments in the waiting area 10 minutes prior to each treatment time. Arriving late for a treatment, may result in treatment time being reduced and in some cases will result in your treatment being cancelled with full charge. Please ensure any requests for specific arrival or departure times are explained at time of booking.

Please note that all treatment times include consultation and prescription.

Adding Treatments to your Booking

Treatments may be added to your spa day, evening spa or overnight stay.

We do advise to book any additional treaments in advance to avoid disapointment as we may be sold out on arrival to the spa. We do take full payment for additional treatments at the time of booking which is non refundable.

Overnight spa guests who are booked on Titanic Spa signature overnight packages are entitled to 10% off any 55 minute or longer treatment from Elemis, Comfort Zone and Titanic, however treatments must be booked and paid for 21 days prior to arrival, to qualify for the discount. Treatments booked on the day do not qualify for the discount.

Individual Treatment Bookings

Individual treatment bookings are available between 11am and 6pm Monday to Thursday only and is subject to availability. Individual treatments cannot be booked Friday to Sunday.

Please note, individual treatments do not include facility use. Robes and slippers are not provided for when attending for a treatment only booking.
