Vouchers are valid Monday to Thursday only and cannot be upgraded for weekend use.
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Vouchers cannot be extended.
By making a booking, you confirm that you are able to attend on the selected date. We strongly recommend purchasing appropriate travel and/or event insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may prevent attendance.
No refunds, credits, or date changes will be provided for non-attendance.
Failure to attend, including bookings where vouchers have been used as payment, will result in full forfeiture of the booking.
