Voucher/s may be used on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights subject to availability. This voucher is sold on a limited room allocation basis per night. School half terms are popular & will sell out fast.
How long is the 241 promotional voucher valid for?
The promotional voucher/s are valid from 01.01.2022 expiry date 30.06.2022. You must book & visit before the expiry date of the promotional voucher/s.
How many 241 promotional vouchers can I buy?
Purchases are limited to 1 vouchers per person (2 people). Please note, we do not accept groups booking separate & joining together onsite. Any guests found to be doing so will be asked to leave, a refund will not be provided.
How do I pay for 241 promotional voucher/s?
By credit or debit card only. We require full payment upon purchase which is non-refundable & non-transferable.
Is there a postage fee?
Yes, there is a £0.95 1st class postage fee. No other postage/delivery methods are available for the 241 promotional voucher.
Can I use a gift voucher to purchase this promotional voucher?
No, vouchers cannot be used towards purchasing vouchers. Payment must be made by credit or debit card only.
When will I receive my 241 promotional voucher/s?
Vouchers will be sent out via Royal Mail 1st class post on Wednesday 17th November 2022.
What should I do if I don’t receive my 241 promotional voucher/s?
If you do not receive your voucher by Monday 22nd November 2022 please ensure you make contact to advise either by phone or email, the original voucher/s will be void & reissued after this date no vouchers will be reissued. No extension of the voucher will be honoured for this or any other reason.
How do I book a reservation for my 241 promotional voucher/s?
Vouchers can be booked from Thursday 18th November once you have received your voucher & can provide the 6 digit voucher number displayed on the front of the voucher. We advise all guests to book early to avoid disappointment, please ensure you are flexible with your dates, due to popular demand you might not get your preferred dates, - no refunds will be given on the basis of us not having your chosen date. How many people can I book for with 241 promotional vouchers?
Bookings are limited to a maximum 2 guests (1 voucher) & must be booked under the same reservation. Please note, we do not accept groups booking separate & joining together onsite. Any guests found to be doing so will be asked to leave, a refund will not be provided.
What time can I arrive?
Arrival time is between 10.30am-11.30am with first appointments commencing from 12pm onwards
Can I use the facilities on day of departure?
The pool, relaxation lounge and heat experience can be used on the day of your departure. You must check out & depart at the time stated on your confirmation.
What do I need to bring?
241 promotion voucher/s - failure to present 241 promotion voucher/s on arrival will result in the full price of the simply spa being charged, minus the cost of the 241 voucher. Swimwear is compulsory at all times during the spa experience. Gymwear and suitable running trainers should you book a gym session.
Is there a dress code?
During the day - swimwear & robes. Gym - gymwear and suitable running trainers should you book a gym session. Lunch - robes. Dinner - smart casual (no robes). Bar (if booked) - smart casual (no robes).
What meals are included in the promotional package?
1 course light lunch in the spa bistro.
2 course evening meal in the spa bistro.
Continental breakfast in the apartment.
What extras will I need to pay for?
All drinks, side orders & extra courses will be charged in full. Brunch is available for an additional cost from 9.am - 11am in the spa bistro. Additional treatments added on arrival, subject to availability. Retail purchases from our spa boutique.
Can I buy 2 promotional vouchers to book a 2 night stay?
241 voucher/s cannot be used on consecutive nights to make a 2 night stay.
Can I add a second night’s stay?
All additional nights are charged at £109 per person to include 1 course light lunch, 2 course evening meal & continental breakfast in the apartment. Alternatively choose from one of our signature overnight break packages.
Can I add an extra guest to my booking?
241 promotional vouchers are based on 2 people sharing. 241 voucher bookings are limited to 1 voucher (2 people). Please note, we do not accept groups booking separate & joining together onsite. Any guests found to be doing so will be asked to leave, a refund will not be provided. However, extra guest/s can be added subject to availability. Extra guest/s will be charged at full price.
How do I book treatments?
We advise that you book all additional treatments at the time of booking to avoid disappointment. To add treatments to your booking please contact the reservations team on 01484 843544 (option 1). We require full payment for treatments at the time of booking which is non-refundable. Please note: no discount is applicable to treatments when added to this offer.
How do I upgrade to include the hot tub?
We advise that you add the hot tub at the time of booking to avoid disappointment, to upgrade to include the hot tub is £5 per person (15 minute session) and is subject to availability. To add to your booking please contact the reservations team on 01484 843544 (option 1). We require full payment at the time of booking which is non-refundable.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
Full payment required upon purchase which is non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: If your new date is moved to a date out if the offer period (Monday to Thursday Nights 01.01.2022 – 30.06.2022) the voucher will be transferred to monetary value to use towards our new packages or offers.
Can my voucher be extended?

1) 241 vouchers expire on the date printed on the voucher, vouchers will not be extended guests are required to make a reservation and travel by the expiry date.
2. 241 voucher/s are valid Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights 01.01.2022 to 30.06.2022– 241 vouchers are subject to a limited allocation of apartments per night.
3. Full payment required upon purchase which is non-refundable.
4. When you receive the 241 voucher/s we advise to book a date immediately to avoid disappointment, should we not have your preferred date please have alternative dates - no refunds will be given for not having your preferred date available. 241 vouchers can be upgraded to a full price package.

7. Guests are required to bring the 241 voucher/s to be handed in on arrival, failure to do so will result in the full cost of the simply spa at brochure price being charged minus cost of the 241 voucher.
