Terms and Conditions of Bookings


All bookings are subject to Titanic Spa’s full Terms & Conditions, which are available on request.

Please ensure you read the Pre Arrival Information in preparation for your visit to Titanic Spa.

Booking Information

We recommend you book treatments and packages in advance as demand is high.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased from Titanic Spa and through our online shop on our website www.titanicspa.com. Gift vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherise. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Vouchers are redeemable against Titanic Spa Signature Day Packages, Titanic Spa Breaks, Spa Therapy, Products or Bistro Dining. When you wish to make payment for your spa visit by voucher, please inform the Reservations Team when you are making your booking, as voucher numbers declared later may not be used against monies already paid. Gift vouchers cannot be extended. Promotional Vouchers are valid for 6 months and may be subject to their own individual terms and conditions.


Should you wish to add a treatment

Guests are advised to arrive 30 minutes before the treatments commence to relax and enjoy the surroundings. If clients are late for their appointment the time will be deducted from the length of the scheduled treatment. If your package includes The Titanic Heat Experience we recommend you allow a minimum of 2 hours before or following a treatment to fully utilise the area. Once booked all treatments are non transferable and non refundable.

 
Cancellation Policy

We understand that there can on occasions be the requirement to cancel treatments, promotional offers, Titanic Day Spa and Titanic Overnight Breaks. As a courtesy to our other guests and our therapists, we have the following cancellation terms:
 
Individual Treatments

Individual treatments can be booked Monday - Thursday, subject to availability. Should you require to cancel your booking, we will provide an option to change your date and rebook an alternative date at no additional cost when the request is made a minimum of 21 days prior to your visit to Titanic Spa. The option to change your date is offered once and should a further cancellation be necessary, the full cost of your original booking to visit Titanic Spa will be charged. In the event of a cancellation within 21 days prior to arrival the full cost of the original booking to visit Titanic Spa will be charged.

Titanic Signature Packages

Titanic Day Spa, Titanic Overnight Break, Titanic Heat & Ice Experience, Twilight Experience: We request that all packages are paid in full at the time of reservation and are non-refundable. Should you require to cancel your booking, we will provide an option to change your date and rebook an alternative date at no additional cost, when this request is made a minimum of 21 days prior to your visit to Titanic Spa. The option to change your date is offered once and should a further cancellation be necessary, the full cost of your original booking to visit Titanic Spa will be charged. In the event of a cancellation within 21 days prior to arrival the full cost of the original booking to visit Titanic Spa will be charged. Please note that individual treatments booked in addition to your Spa Day/Break will become part of your package and be liable to the same terms and conditions.All Package items are non-transferable between guests

Special Offers and Promotional Events and Voucher Offers

In the event of changes/amends being made to bookings relating to Promotions and Special Events, All special offers and promotional events are subject to availability. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Full payment required upon booking which is non-refundable. Offer not available to packages already booked. If there are any treatments included in the special offer or promotional event the treatments cannot be amended, upgraded or transferred. Once a date has been booked the date cannot be amended, if you are unable to attend the booking for any reason the full payment will charged. All package items are non transferable between guests

 
Please note that individual treatments booked in addition to your Promotions and Special Events, will become part of your package and be liable to the same terms and conditions. Please see Promotions and Special Events for terms and conditions.



Note

We reserve the right to raise prices and modify or discontinue treatments without prior notice to ensure that maximum standards of service
and quality are met.
 
Illness/Adverse Weather Conditions/Bereavement

 Please ensure you have the relevant travel insurance for non-attendance and unforeseen circumstances to include for example, hospital appointments, bereavement, illness etc., as if you are unable to attend the booking will be lost


Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend considering booking travel insurance which amongst other things provides cover in the event of a cancellation, curtailment or illness etc.

Curtailment

Guest who wish to terminate their stay prior to the original departure date will be charge a Curtailment fee to cover the full inclusive cost for the remaining reservation. Titanic Spa reserves the right at all times to cancel or terminate a reservation without notice or reason.


Treatment Times

Are scheduled on the day of arrival. Once a client has checked into Titanic Spa, treatment times are strictly non exchangeable/refundable in light of the client not arriving for a treatment/unable to attend the treatment.  On all packages all services must be taken on the original booking date and no option is available to credit treatments/services to future dates in the event of the client not partaking of all the services included in the package booked
 
Apartment Requests

Whilst we endeavor to fulfill your requests regarding room types and sizes, please note that these cannot always be guaranteed and are subject to change. In some cases, a room supplement may be required. Sofa beds are used to accommodate over 2 guests sharing an apartment.

Treatment Requests

Please be aware that it is not always possible to schedule treatment times at the same time as other members of your party and we try to accommodate guest requests for specific treatment times, these cannot be guaranteed and my be subject to change.
 
Etiquette

As a courtesy to other clients and to preserve the ambience of the Spa we request that clients switch off their mobile phones at all times within the spa/club areas. The spa/club is entirely non-smoking.
 
Smoking, excessive noise or disturbance and mobile phones

We kindly request all guests to respect other Spa users by refraining from the use of mobile phones, reserving poolside loungers and to keep noise to an agreeable level throughout the Spa facility.
 
In this way, all our guests will be able to enjoy the facilities in a convivial and stress free atmosphere.
 
We reserve the right to ask any guest or group of guests to leave the Spa if they are disturbing other users of the facilities.

Valuables

No responsibility can be accepted by the Company for the safety of money or valuables of any kind brought to the spa. If you do bring valuable items it is essential they are covered by your own insurance for the period of your stay. The Company will not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for damage, injury or consequential loss, however caused, to our guests.


Alcohol Consumption

On safety grounds alcohol consumption affects an individual’s safe use of the facilities and the receiving of treatments with the possible consequence of dangerous side effects. We aim at all times to preserve the peace and tranquility of all guests within the spa.

Low tolerance is applied to individuals who cause a nuisance and disturbance through not respecting guideline above on alcohol.

Alcohol is served from 11am until 11pm in the Bistro and 8pm on the Patio area, this is to comply with Titanic Spa liquor licence.


Zero Tolerance - Abusive / Aggresive Behaviour

Our team are here to look after you throughout your spa experience and assist with any queries or concerns. In line with this we ask that all member of our team and other guests are treated with courtesy and respect. Titanic Spa has a Zero Tolerance policy.  This means that aggressive or violent behaviour towards our staff or any member of the public within our premises will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

 

Whilst these situation are rare, any verbal abuse directed at members of staff, either in person or over the telephone, will not be tolerated. We reserve the right at all times to refuse entry to the Spa, or to remove any guest or party whose behaviour has caused us, our staff or our other guests concern. Such notice will be verbal and you are required in this case to leave immediately with no refunds given.


Feedback

Your comments are important to our teams, please take a moment to complete a feedback form during your visit. In the unlikely event that you have a complaint please notify the Duty Manager immediately and we will endeavour to assist. If you remain dissatisfied on your return home you must write to our Customer Services within 7 days of returning from your visit to allow your complaint to be investigated properly. If you do not give us an opportunity to resolve any problem onsite by reporting it to the Duty Manager, then we may not be able to deal positively with any complaint on your return contact – customerservices@titanicspa.com



Children
Due to the active nature of the products Spa users must be a minimum age of 16 years. Infants, toddlers and under 16 years old are not accepted 

in the spa, apartments, bistro or treatment rooms. To maintain the peaceful and relaxed atmosphere we respectfully request that you do not bring young children when you arrive, depart, or enter the premises to make a booking or purchase vouchers.
