1911
Titanic Mill was constructed, as a working mill making wool.

The grand opening was celebrated with a musical performance by the Linthwaite Band when several of its members were hoisted in a large bucket to a platform specially erected on top of the mill chimney 100 feet high.

2004
Construction work starts on the Grade II listed Titanic Mill to convert the building into 130 residential apartments and a large day spa using sustainable energy measures

2005
The first Residential Apartments are occupied

2006
Titanic Spa is officially opened by the Mayor of Kirklees, Margaret Fearnley

2007
Popular spa skincare lines, Elemis and Decleor are brought in to bring guests exceptional therapeutic and beauty results

Titanic Spa launches 30 apartments as a Residential Spa

2012

NEOM Organics luxury home fragrance and body care brand is introduced

2015

Titanic Spa smashes the record for an English Spa gaining 5 awards in one night at The Spa Traveller Awards, all consumer led.
